Tentative Summer Book Club Meeting- June 19th at 1:00

Maniac Magee by Jerry Spinelli is our next book club book.  We usually have a small but cozy group for our summer meeting.  We know that busy summer schedules mean not everyone will be able to make the meeting, but make sure to read this wonderful book either way.  We usually meet under the big tree right next to Caroll Center.  Questions will be available via the blog.  Hope to see as many there as are able!  We'll post and update if there is a change in the date/time in the next week or two.  Any questions, please don't hesitate to ask!

Tale of Despereaux-Meeting will be May 24th

We will have our last book club meeting of the school year for Tale of Despereaux on Thursday, May 24th during the lunch hour.  (Click title for discussion questions).  This will also be our "End of the Year Book Club Celebration!"  We will have the Wheat Crust/healthy pizza from Dominoes brought in, along with veggies, fruit and a drink.

FALLING IN!-Next Book Club Book

Falling In is available at the Oak Park Public Library, The Book Table, and The Magic Tree Bookstore. We will meet Tuesday, March 6th to discuss this book. Mrs. Frisby and the Rats of Nimh will follow. (There are actually copies of this book available if your child has finished reading Falling In already.)
